Interrogative Pronouns
නාම පද ආශ්‍රිතව ප්‍රශ්න අසන්නට භාවිතා කරන සර්වනාම interrogative pronouns ලෙස හැඳින්වෙනවා. ප්‍රශ්නය අහන්නේ පුද්ගලයෙක් ගැනද, සතෙක්, හෝ දෙයක් ගැනද, නැත්නම් අයිතියක් ගැනද කියන කාරණාව අනුව යෙදෙන interrogative pronoun එක වෙනස් වෙනවා.

මීට අමතරව, what, which, සහ whose අගට නාම පදයක් භාවිතා කර ප්‍රශ්නවාචී පද හදාගන්නත් පුළුවන්. ඒ වගේ අවස්තාවලදී, ඒ වචන තවදුරටත් interrogative pronouns ලෙස හැඳින්වෙන්නේ නෑ. ඒ අවස්තාවලදී ඒවාට කියන්නේ interrogative determiners කියලා.
